Chalk this Trenton art activity up as a beautification effort.
Trenton Downtown Association (TDA) has enlisted the help of more than a dozen artists to share their talents, enthusiasm, and community spirit for one day of sidewalk chalk artmaking on Sunday Oct. 4 from 12 noon to 3 p.m.
TDA is also encouraging community members to create artwork in driveways and on front doors, windows, stoops, and porches — any surface that can serve as a “canvas” for public art.
Personally, enjoy natural art restoration of green areas where an introduction of flowers can deliver months of enjoyment for passersby and residents.
A press release identified these specific artists and areas where artists chalk their creativity but feel free to decorate your own areas.
